Andrew previously worked for the WV LTAP from 2001-2002 as a technical assistant and he returned to work for the Center as a full-time employee in 2009. Andrew is responsible for co-managing the program, and he is the primary instructor for the WV LTAP. In addition to teaching, he also provides technical assistance.

 

Andrew earned a bachelor of science in civil engineering in 2001 and a master of science in civil engineering in 2003, both from West Virginia University. He worked as a WV Division of Highways co-op while completing his undergraduate degree. From 2003-2009, he worked at TranSystems in Dublin, OH as a traffic engineer.

 

Andrew has extensive knowledge in the areas of traffic engineering, roadway safety, and work zone safety. Andrew is also certified to teach the ATSSA Flagger Certification class.
